1. Do all OTTY Hybrid mattresses come in a box?

Yes, all of our mattresses arrive rolled and air tight in a recyclable cardboard box.

2. What packaging do you use for the Mattress Topper

The OTTY mattress topper arrives just like our mattresses - rolled and air tight in a recyclable cardboard box.

3. How are the pillows packaged?

All our pillows are wrapped in plastic and packaged in a recyclable cardboard box.

4. What does your bedding arrive in?

All OTTY bedding is carefully wrapped in a reusable cotton bag and placed in a recyclable cardboard box.

5. What packaging do you use for your duvets?

Our Deluxe and Outlast duvets are folded neatly into a plastic bag with a handle for easy carrying. The Tencel duvet also comes in a recyclable cardboard box.  

6. How will my bed frame arrive?

All of the components of the bed frame will be individually wrapped in plastic and stored in a recyclable cardboard box.
