How do I clean my OTTY mattress/topper?

All OTTY mattresses/toppers come with a removable mattress cover that you can wash to keep your mattress fresh. To remove the cover, unzip the fastening and remove the cover away from the mattress/topper.

How do I wash my OTTY mattress cover?

The Aura and Original Hybrid cover can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC as anything above could result in shrinkage of the cover. It cannot be tumble dried.

The Pure and Pure+ cover is dry clean ONLY so please DO NOT machine wash.

OTTY will not replace a cover that has been shrunk and does not fit the mattress.

How often should I wash my mattress cover?

Every two months is ideal.

Should I use a bed sheet with my OTTY mattress?

Yes, just like any other mattress, we recommend using a bed sheet to sleep on.

Can I use an electric blanket with my OTTY?

Yes, you can! We only recommend using CE approved products and following the instructions on the packaging.
