What is the sleep trial?

What sleep trial do I get with my OTTY product(s)?

100-night trial = mattresses

14-night trial = bed frames, pillows, duvets, bedding & topper (customer covers the cost of return)

Is the sleep trial free?

When you place your order, you will pay for your product(s). Then, if you decide it’s not for you and choose to send it back within your sleep trial period, you will receive a full refund.

What if I order the wrong size mattress or bed frame?

The sleep trial is offered on a comfort-only basis and any mistakes due to size, dimension or weights will NOT be covered under the sleep trial. Make sure before you order that you select the correct size product.

How many times can I take advantage of the sleep trial?

When you make an OTTY purchase, you are automatically entitled to a sleep trial across all products where a sleep trial hasn't been utilised previously. This means that you can make a return under a sleep trial once per product type (product type = mattresses, toppers, bed frames, pillows, duvets, and bedding).  

Example: If you purchase a mattress from us, you will be entitled to a 100-night trial. If you then return your mattress under the sleep trial and purchase another mattress from us, even if it’s a mattress from a different range or in a different size, you won’t be entitled to a second trial. This works the same across all products.

When does the sleep trial begin?

The sleep trial begins on the day of delivery.

Does the mattress need to be kept in the plastic wrap during the trial?

Absolutely not, we want you to be able to experience our OTTY mattress properly, so take the mattress out of the plastic wrapper and sleep on it as you would any other mattress.

How do I return something that is within its sleep trial period?

To return something that is still within its sleep trial period, please email returns@otty.com and they can begin the returns process for you. To find out more about our returns process, please visit the returns section of the FAQ’s.

What happens when I get to the end of my sleep trial?

As soon as you pass your sleep trial, you won’t be able to return your OTTY product if you decide it is not right for you. If, after your sleep trial has come to an end, you find there is a fault with your OTTY product, please refer to the Returns & Refunds section of the FAQs for more information.
