What happens to returned items?

Once expanded, the mattress can’t be flattened, rolled and repackaged. For mattresses returned within the 100-night trial, we give them a deep clean and replace the cover. These then get labelled as ‘rejuvenated’ and are sold at a lower price point. 

Some of the mattresses returned as part of the 100-night trial are also donated to local charities and enterprises.
